| Notes: | Self Help Group meets 7.30pm - 8.30pm and will meet on alternate Fridays. SEED also offers a drop-in service every Friday 2pm - 4pm. SEED Awareness Day SEED Awareness day will take place on Wednesday 10th February 2010. There will be 2 presentations, one in the morning at 10 am and one in the afternoon at 2 pm, each lasting 2 hours, in the conference room with one stall selling badges, books and ribbons. There will also be a sponsored fancy dress race starting at approx. 12 pm around the Preston College Fulwood Campus.
