We really value volunteer support at ABC. If you are interested in helping us in this way, please do get in touch and tell us a little bit about yourself. Although our central office is in Somerset, we are always looking for people across the country who have time to contribute to our work. This includes:

• Regional Parent Befrienders
• Regional Fund Raisers
• Befriending for sufferers
• Writing articles for Lifeline magazine, ABC's quarterly publication
• Local or regional Church representative
• Local or regional Schools representative
• Local or regional College representative
• Running an ABC or affiliated Support Group for sufferers or carers
